Use everyday after 20 weeks to prepare your soft tissues for labor, but also enjoy the comfort these techniques bring you in pregnancy. Adding balance to our bodies helps our muscles, fascia, ligaments, and tendons to do their jobs properly, reducing pain and discomfort. These gentle exercises can take about half hour each day, and are meant to be simple but effective.
